Registration includes ▾
- • Access to conference sessions (as per your registration type)

- • Participation certificate (for registered attendees/presenters)
Accommodation includes ▾
- • Hotel stay for selected nights
- • Breakfast (as per hotel package)
- • Wi-Fi (subject to hotel policy)
Publication includes ▾
- • Manuscript processing (if publication add-on is selected)
- • Peer review and editorial assessment
- • Final decision by the editorial board
Publication is not guaranteed and depends on review outcome and journal scope.
Cancellation policy ▾
Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
- • Cancellation before 120 days: full refund minus £200 administrative fee
- • Cancellation before 90 days: 50% refund
- • Below 90 days: non-refundable; transfer to next edition may be allowed
Refunds are typically processed within 60 days of cancellation confirmation.
