We sincerely thank all speakers for their valuable contributions. As these are high-standard international scientific conferences, all speakers are expected to adhere to the guidelines below to maintain academic integrity, schedule discipline, and a respectful conference environment across all Conferences Global events.
1. Conference Participation & Professional Conduct
- Speakers are strongly encouraged to attend all days of the conference to actively participate in scientific discussions, networking sessions, and peer engagement.
- During sessions, speakers are requested to remain seated in the conference halls and avoid unnecessary movement. This ensures respect for fellow presenters and uninterrupted sessions.
- If a speaker needs to leave the hall for a genuine reason, they are requested to do so quietly and respectfully, preferably during session breaks.
- If a speaker is unable to attend the full conference or specific scheduled sessions, prior notification must be provided to the organizing committee well in advance.
- Speakers must adhere to the conference code of conduct and maintain professional, respectful behavior at all times.
2. Presentation Format & Time Management
- Each standard oral presentation is strictly limited to a total of 20 minutes, unless otherwise specified in the program.
-
This generally includes:
- 15 minutes for presentation
- 5 minutes for questions and discussion (Q&A)
- Speakers must strictly adhere to the allocated time. Session chairs are instructed to enforce time limits to ensure fairness to all presenters.
- Presentations exceeding the allotted time may be stopped or curtailed by the session chair.
- Speakers are requested to upload their presentation files at the registration or technical desk at least 2 hours prior to their session, or follow any file submission instructions communicated in advance.
3. Eligibility for Awards
Outstanding speakers may be considered for conference awards based on presentation quality, scientific contribution, and audience engagement.
- Only speakers who present their work in person are generally eligible for awards, unless otherwise specified for a given conference.
- Active participation throughout the conference may be considered during award evaluation.
- Adherence to presentation time, clarity of communication, and engagement during Q&A are key assessment factors.
- Award categories may include Best Oral Presentation, Best Poster Presentation, and Young Researcher Awards, depending on the specific event.
Award Evaluation Criteria
- Scientific originality and relevance
- Presentation structure and clarity
- Effective use of visuals and data
- Ability to address questions professionally
- Overall contribution to the conference theme
4. Communication & Speaker Support
- Speakers should regularly check official conference emails and the website for program updates, room allocations, and technical instructions.
- Any special requirements (technical, accessibility, or scheduling constraints) should be communicated to the organizing committee in advance.
- For speaker-related queries, please contact: info@conferencesglobal.org or the specific conference helpdesk email if provided.
