Welcome Exhibitors!

We are pleased to have you as a part of our conference. Here you will find all the essential information that you need to know to ensure a successful exhibition.

Exhibitor Information:

  1. Exhibition Date: October 14-17, 2024
  2. Exhibition Venue: Grand Ball Room, 
  3. Exhibition Hours: 10AM-3PM

Exhibition Space:

Each exhibitor will be provided with a designated space to showcase their products or services. Your exhibition space will include a table, two chairs, and an electrical outlet.

Please ensure that you keep your exhibition space tidy and organized throughout the exhibition period. We kindly request that you do not exceed the allocated space.

Set-Up and Break-Down:

Exhibitors can begin setting up their exhibition space on October 14, 2024 from 8 AM. Please ensure that your exhibition space is fully set up by 10 AM.

The exhibition will end at 3 PM, October 17, 2024 after which exhibitors will have couple of hours to dismantle their exhibition space. 

Marketing and Promotion:

We encourage all exhibitors to promote their participation in our conference on social media and other relevant channels. You may use the conference logo that we have provided for your marketing materials.

Please ensure that you tag us in your social media posts and use the official conference hashtag.

Registration:

All exhibitors must register for the conference before the exhibition date. If you have not registered yet, please ensure that you do so by contacting the organizers.
