5. Is publication guaranteed after abstract acceptance?

6. Are there publication fees?
Yes. Publication fees (Article Processing Charges) apply for accepted manuscripts and must be paid along with the conference registration fee, as per the journal’s policy.
7. Will all accepted papers be published?
No. Publication is subject to journal peer-review standards. Acceptance for presentation does not guarantee publication.
8. Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes. Authors may submit multiple abstracts. Each accepted abstract usually requires a separate registration to be included in the program.
9. Can I modify my abstract after submission?
Minor corrections may be allowed before the review deadline. Once an abstract is accepted, any changes are subject to approval by the Scientific Committee.

13. What is the presentation duration for speakers?
Each oral presentation is typically limited to 20 minutes, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
14. Are participants expected to attend all conference days?
Yes. Speakers and presenters are strongly encouraged to attend all days of the conference to ensure academic engagement and networking.
15. Can someone attend without presenting?
Yes. Participants may register as listeners or delegates without submitting an abstract.
16. Will the final conference program be shared before the event?
Yes. The final scientific program, including session schedules and presentation slots, will be shared with registered participants prior to the conference.

While reasonable efforts are made to accommodate requests, presentation slots are assigned based on overall program structure and availability.

Award-related expenses are reimbursed after the conference upon submission of valid receipts and supporting documents, subject to sponsor approval.
21. Can I apply for awards before registering?
No. Award applications are accepted only from registered participants with confirmed abstract acceptance.
22. Are travel grants available?
Travel and accommodation support is offered only through selected award categories and is subject to sponsor availability and eligibility criteria.
23. Do you provide visa invitation or acceptance letters?
Yes. Conferences Global provides Acceptance Letters and Visa Invitation Letters to registered participants upon request.
24. Is visa approval guaranteed after receiving an invitation letter?
No. Visa approval is solely the decision of the respective embassy or consulate. Conferences Global does not influence visa outcomes.
25. What documents are provided to support visa applications?
Acceptance Letter, Visa Invitation Letter, conference schedule (upon request), and proof of registration and payment receipt.
26. What happens if my visa is rejected?
Participants are responsible for their visa applications. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and require official proof of rejection.
27. When should I apply for my visa?
Participants are strongly advised to apply at least 6–8 weeks prior to the conference dates (or earlier, depending on embassy processing times).
28. Does Conferences Global arrange travel or accommodation?
Conferences Global does not directly arrange travel or accommodation. Venue details and recommended hotels will be shared for convenience.

30. Can I transfer my registration?
