Conferences Global events recognize outstanding scientific contributions through a set of competitive awards supported by our valued sponsors. These awards are designed to encourage excellence, innovation, and early-career research leadership across disciplines.
Section 1: Award Categories & Benefits
Most conferences offer three award categories, with up to three winners in each category. Awardees are formally recognized during the conference with felicitation and a Certificate of Excellence. Some events may introduce additional or modified categories.
Best Oral Presentation (up to 3 Awards)
For exceptional oral delivery, scientific clarity, and strong research contribution.

Sponsored Award Coverage
Award benefits are supported by sponsors and may vary by conference. A typical award package may include:
- Travel reimbursement (eligible travel expenses)
- Accommodation reimbursement (eligible lodging expenses)
- Conference registration fee reimbursement
- Felicitation during the awards ceremony
- Certificate of Excellence
- Free registration for one future conference (where offered)
Reimbursement Note
Award-related expenses are reimbursed after the conference is completed. Reimbursement is subject to approval by the organizing committee and requires valid supporting documents (see Section 2). Reimbursements are not guaranteed in cash and may be processed via bank transfer or equivalent methods only.
Section 2: How to Apply (Eligibility & Required Documents)
Applicants must apply for awards during the conference application or registration process. Participation in the relevant category (oral/poster/young researchers) is required. All applications are evaluated by the Awards Panel appointed for each conference.
Submit Abstract
Submit your abstract and select the relevant track/category.
Apply for Awards
Indicate your award interest while submitting the abstract or via the awards application form.
Provide Documents
Upload the required cover letter and supporting files for verification.
Present at Conference
Present your work. Winners are announced during the closing or awards ceremony.
Required Documents
- Cover letter from your Department/University confirming affiliation and supporting your award application.
- Accepted abstract confirmation (or submission ID).
- Presenter ID proof (as required by the registration desk).
- Any additional documents requested during verification.
Reimbursement Requirements
To claim reimbursement after the conference, winners must typically submit:
- Proof of conference participation/presentation
- Original receipts/invoices for travel and accommodation (as applicable)
- Registration payment proof
- Bank details for reimbursement processing

Section 3: General Award Rules & Conditions
The following general rules apply across Conferences Global events, unless otherwise specified on an individual conference website or brochure.
- Awards are competitive and are granted only where the Awards Panel considers the quality of work to be of a sufficiently high standard.
- The decision of the Awards Panel / judges is final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained regarding rankings, scores, or outcomes.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to change, merge, or cancel award categories and/or adjust the number of awards without prior notice, depending on the number and quality of submissions and sponsor support.
- Awards and related benefits are non-transferable and generally apply only to the named winner. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used as credit by other delegates unless explicitly stated.
- Reimbursements are processed only after successful verification of documents and are subject to local regulations, banking rules, and sponsor/organizer approval timelines.
- Any fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information provided in the application may result in disqualification and cancellation of awarded benefits.
- By applying for an award, applicants agree that their names, affiliations, presentation titles, and photographs may be used in conference communications and promotional materials.
- Individual conferences may introduce additional event-specific rules (e.g., age limits for young researcher awards, country-specific eligibility, or thematic restrictions). Where there is any conflict, the event-specific rules will take precedence.
