2. Registration & Participation

3. Abstracts, Publications & Reviews

• All abstracts undergo review by the Scientific Committee.
• Abstract acceptance does not guarantee journal publication.
• Publication decisions rest solely with journal editors.
• Publication fees must be paid along with registration where applicable.

4. Awards & Reimbursements

• Awards are subject to evaluation criteria and sponsor availability.
• Reimbursements are processed after the conference.
• Valid receipts and documentation are mandatory.

5. Conduct & Compliance

• Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times.
• Plagiarism, misconduct, or harassment will result in removal without refund.

6. Liability & Modifications

Conferences Global is not responsible for personal loss, delays, or third-party services. The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use when required.
