The Young Researchers Forum (YRF) is a dedicated platform designed to support graduate students, doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scientists. The forum encourages innovation, discussion, and mentorship in a professional international conference setting.
1. Eligibility & Participation Expectations
- The YRF is open to students, PhD scholars, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers within the early stages of their academic or professional careers.
- YRF participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three days of the conference to fully benefit from scientific sessions and networking.
- Participants are requested to remain present in conference halls during sessions and avoid unnecessary exits, except when genuinely required.
- If a participant is unable to attend the full conference duration, prior intimation must be provided to the organizing committee.
Note: Active participation and presence throughout the conference
is an important consideration for YRF evaluation and awards.
2. Presentation Format & Time Allocation
- Young Researchers Forum presentations must strictly adhere to the allocated time.

Each YRF oral presentation is limited to a total of
20 minutes, including:
- 15 minutes presentation
- 5 minutes for questions and discussion
- Presentations exceeding the allocated time may be stopped by the session chair.
- Presentation slides should be concise, clearly structured, and suitable for a multidisciplinary audience.
Professional Standard: Strict adherence to time reflects academic
discipline and respect for fellow presenters.
3. Young Researchers Awards
Outstanding YRF participants will be considered for the Young Researchers Awards, evaluated by a panel of academic judges.
- Only participants who present in person are eligible for YRF awards.
- Evaluation criteria include originality, clarity of presentation, scientific rigor, and engagement during discussion.
- Active involvement across conference sessions may be considered during evaluation.
Award Benefits: Selected awardees may receive reimbursement of
travel, accommodation, and registration expenses after the conference, along with
a Certificate of Excellence and complimentary registration for a future conference.

4. Professional Conduct & Communication
- Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference.
