Where applicable, the publication fee must be paid together with the conference registration fee or as instructed by the journal / publisher.

Only papers that are accepted and presented at GSMCR 2026 (oral, poster, or online) will be considered for recommendation to the partner journals.

Abstract Acceptance
Submit your abstract to GSMCR 2026 and receive acceptance from the Scientific Committee.
Conference Presentation
Present your work at the conference (oral / poster / online). Only presented papers are eligible.
Journal Selection & Full Paper
Based on fit and quality, eligible authors are invited to submit a full manuscript to one of the partner journals.
Peer Review
Manuscripts undergo independent peer review according to the journal’s editorial policies.
Decision & Publication
Editors make the final decision. Accepted papers are published in the respective Special Issue / collection.
Notes
- Authors may be asked to significantly revise or extend their conference paper to meet journal standards.
- The GSMCR 2026 organizing team coordinates recommendations but does not influence journal editorial decisions.
- Manuscripts not accepted for journal publication may still appear in the conference abstract book or digital proceedings (where applicable).
