Visa, Accommodation and Tour Information

VISA Information:

All international delegates are required to apply for a Business/Conference Visa in order to attend. As part of your visa application, you will be asked to provide a Letter of Invitation from the Conference organization. You can contact the conference secretary to obtain Letter of Invitation.

Accommodation Information:

All the delegates are requested to make your own accommodation arrangements. Transportation will be ensured from Airport to the conference venue upon prior intimation. For transportation arrangements, please contact conference secretary.

Tour Information:

The organizers will provide a complementary half day city tour on October 04, 2023. There will be no extra charges for the tour. The pick up will be from the conference venue at 2 PM in an AC bus and after the tour, you will be dropped at the conference venue at 8 PM.
