The scientific committee will assist you to register for the conference and arrange a slot for Oral/Poster presentation based on your requirements. If the registered individual is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may Replaces/ Substitute someone else from the same Institute/Organization.
Online registration is available and is encouraged. PayPal gateway is accepted where you can use your Credit/Debit card to complete the payment. If you need Bank details for making the transfer, please contact us and we will extend our assistance. After completing the transaction, the participant receives the confirmation receipt from the finance department.
Payment must be made before receiving conference materials at on-site. Preferable mode of payments is by cash.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to the respective conference committee.
Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for 70% of payment Refund
