Online presentations are provided to accommodate participants who are unable to attend the conference in person. To maintain the same academic rigor and professionalism as on-site sessions, all online presenters are required to strictly adhere to the guidelines outlined below.
1. Eligibility & Participation Expectations
- Online presentation slots are granted only upon approval by the organizing committee.
- Online presenters must be available for the entire assigned session, including live Q&A.
- Where possible, presenters are encouraged to attend other sessions virtually to engage with the scientific program.
- If a presenter is unable to attend their scheduled slot, prior written notification must be provided.
Important: Online presentations are part of the official scientific program and are subject to the same professionalism expected of in-person presentations.
2. Presentation Format & Time Allocation
- Each online presentation is strictly limited to 20 minutes total.
-
Standard time split:
- 15 minutes presentation
- 5 minutes live questions and discussion
- Session chairs will enforce time limits to ensure fairness and program flow.
- Presenters must be prepared to respond to questions live immediately after presenting.
Time Discipline: Exceeding the allocated time may lead to interruption by the session chair to maintain the schedule.
3. Technical Requirements & Connectivity
- Ensure stable internet, working microphone, and webcam.
- Present from a quiet, professional environment with minimal background noise.
- Log in to the virtual platform at least 20 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Keep backup files and, if possible, a backup device or hotspot ready.
Technical Responsibility
