  • Ensure stable internet, working microphone, and webcam.
  • Present from a quiet, professional environment with minimal background noise.
  • Log in to the virtual platform at least 20 minutes before your scheduled session.
  • Keep backup files and, if possible, a backup device or hotspot ready.

Technical Responsibility

  • Connectivity and device readiness are the presenter’s responsibility
  • Test audio/video and screen sharing in advance

  • Use a headset microphone if available for clear audio

4. Awards & Evaluation (Online Presenters)

Online presenters may be considered for awards only if explicitly stated in the award category description for this conference.

  • Award eligibility depends on the specific category rules.
  • Evaluation may include scientific merit, delivery clarity, and professional handling of Q&A.
  • Some awards may require on-site participation and may not apply to online presenters.
Note: Reimbursement benefits (travel/accommodation) generally apply to in-person presenters unless stated otherwise in the conference award announcement.
