Publication Fees & Peer-Review Policy (Important)
For manuscripts accepted in the partner journals, article processing charges (APCs) / publication fees will apply as per the journal’s standard policy. These publication fees are separate from the conference registration fee and are usually paid directly to the publisher.
Submission to a partner journal or payment of any fees does not guarantee publication. All papers must successfully pass independent peer review and satisfy the journal’s quality and ethical standards before they can be accepted.
The final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection rests solely with the journal’s Editor-in-Chief and editorial board.
Eligibility
Only papers that are accepted for presentation at the conference (oral, poster, or young researcher session) will be considered for recommendation to the Special Issues.
